Given the structural diversity of the homes in The Village, and the soaring peaks that tower over all other homes west of Towne Centre Boulevard, one cannot help but find this community memorable.
The Blackstone
Our drive under townhome model is popular with first-time buyers and downsizers alike. The concept allows for a competitive price point and the feel of a single home including a private attached garage. As a condominium community, it offered stunning curb appeal and over 1600 square feet of living space in a two or three bedroom plan, all in a maintenance-free environment.
The O’Sheanna
Our apartment featured modest-sized suites, offered upgraded finishes, and was located kitty-corner to the amenities of the Towne Centre.
The Village
Our row townhomes with rear detached garages offered stunning curb appeal, especially when clad in brick. The true Brownstone feel is still popular with home buyers over a decade later. The Village also featured unique stacked townhomes defining the skyline of Terwillegar Towne with intricate roof lines. Lower and upper models were included in this modern design, both featuring drive-under attached garages.
