Rohit Communities is named Edmonton’s Multi Family Home Builder of the Year

Saturday, March 19, 2016 – With guests dressed to the nines, the Shaw Conference Centre was a true royal spectacle as Edmonton’s residential industry came together to celebrate the Canadian Home Builder’s Association (CHBA) Award of Excellence in Housing. As awards were being handed out and adrenalin was pumping through the veins, many looked on as Rohit Communities took the top honour of Edmonton’s Multi-family Builder of the Year!

When asked how it felt to take home this award for the fourth time this decade, Marketing Manager Amy Power replied, “it always feels incredible!  With the stunning work this industry continues to showcase, standing out is an achievement we’re very proud of.”

Along with the top prize, Rohit Communities received several other awards throughout the night including Best Print Advertising, Best Sales Centre for both multi-family and single family, and the Best Multi-Family Townhouse/Duplex $330,000 – $375,000 for the Lawrence in Fort Saskatchewan.  Three of Rohit’s sales representatives also received recognition in the sales volume category.

Rohit Land Development also had a successful night with two marketing awards for Best Radio Commercial and Best Outdoor Advertising for their newest community Timberidge at Edgemont.

As a whole company, Rohit Group was honoured to have received the prestigious Leadership Award for a third year in a row.

“This night belongs to the entire team.  No one person, no single department could achieve this level of success,” added Power. “It’s a reward for the tireless effort they put in everyday to keep us on this path.  And we also want to thank our supportive partners – trades, financers, developers and customers – we truly couldn’t do it without them.”
