Assistant Property Manager

The Assistant Property Manager supports the Multi-Site Manager in overseeing a portfolio of residential rental properties, with a primary focus on leasing performance, resident retention, and customer experience. This role is responsible for driving occupancy, managing the leasing lifecycle, and enhancing resident satisfaction. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Leasing & Revenue Support
  • Drive leasing performance to achieve occupancy targets
  • Manage the full leasing cycle (inquiries, tours, applications, move-ins & move outs)
  • Maintain rental listings and identify opportunities to increase traffic
  • Conduct market research and support pricing strategies
Resident Retention & Experience
  • Lead resident engagement initiatives to improve retention
  • Drive lease renewals through proactive resident engagement, communication, and retention strategies
  • Address and resolve resident concerns in a timely manner
Operational Support
  • Assist with lease enforcement, rent collection, and compliance
  • Complete and oversee move-ins/move-outs and inspections
  • Coordinate withBuilding Operators to ensure service delivery
Team & Administrative Support
  • Support training of leasing team members
  • Track and report on leasing and retention metrics
  • Provide support across multiple sites as needed

TRAVEL

Required
  • Travel between sites.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Required
  • Knowledge of RTA and rental market dynamics.
  • Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills.
  • experience in Leasing, Sales, or Property Management. (2+ years)

EDUCATION

Beneficial
  • Associate's degree in Business Administration
