Community Experience Coordinator

Role Summary

The Community Experience & Tenant Engagement Coordinator is the on-the-ground presence across the Rohit Rental Living portfolio, responsible for building strong tenant relationships, fostering community within properties, and elevating the day-to-day tenant experience.

This role ensures tenants feel supported, connected, and engaged by actively being present on-site, gathering insights, organizing community activities, supporting property operations communication, and serving as the frontline link between tenants and the Rohit Rental Living team.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Content

  • Create basic digital content, including photography and videography for social media and website updates for organic content.
  • Manage and execute email and text marketing campaigns and automations.
  • Assist with basic graphic design needs for marketing layouts and promotion materials, with the ability to use Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Handle day-to-day website updates and ensure real estate rental listings are current across all platforms.

Community & Tenant Experience Activation

  • Plan and execute property-level community experiences such as lobby activations, pop-ups, wellness days, seasonal events, and small-scale appreciation initiatives.
  • Build engagement calendars tailored to each property’s tenant mix.
  • Coordinate with local vendors, community organizations, and internal partners to deliver meaningful experiences.
  • Track participation and feedback to shape future activations.

Tenant Relationship Management

  • Serve as the first point of contact for tenants regarding day-to-day experience matters.
  • Conduct regular site walk-throughs and tenant check-ins to understand needs, concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain a pulse on tenant satisfaction and escalate issues to Property Management proactively.
  • Support onboarding of new tenants with orientation to building amenities, processes, and contacts.

Operational Support to Enhance Experience

  • Communicate building updates, service interruptions, or improvements in a clear, tenant-friendly manner.
  • Support implementation of amenity enhancements, common-area improvements, or wayfinding upgrades based on tenant insights.
  • Monitor property conditions from the tenant perspective and report issues requiring maintenance or cleanliness improvements.

Tenant Feedback & Insights

  • Collect real-time feedback through surveys, in-person touchpoints, and informal conversations.
  • Identify trends (e.g., amenities requested, pain points, operational gaps).
  • Prepare monthly insight summaries for Rohit Rental Living leadership and Property Management.

Community Partnerships

  • Build relationships with neighbourhood associations, small businesses, nonprofits, and event partners to bring community-driven programming into properties.
  • Identify opportunities for tenants to engage with local initiatives and each other.

Support for Leasing Experience

  • Gather tenant sentiment and use it to support retention planning.
  • Provide insight on tenant mix compatibility to support community planning.
  • Assist Leasing team with tenant introductions, tours, move-in readiness, and welcome packages.
  • Assist with other divisional events and initiatives as required.

    WORK EXPERIENCE

    Required
    • Experience in real estate, retail operations, or tenant services is an asset.
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable learning property systems.
    • Valid driver’s license; ability to travel between sites including Calgary.
