Residential Designer

The Residential Designer will contribute to all stages of project development, working with consultants in completing various project deliverables. The responsibilities will include conception, design-to-fit customer needs, and team collaboration.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

· Creation, design, and execution of projects in Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development and tender packages.

· Development of innovative and functional design solutions and processes.

· Identify specific needs on architectural guidelines for new subdivisions.

· Design new homes, new elevations and site plans.

· Coordination with Purchasing and Marketing departments.

· Release drawings to Purchasing department.

· Support the Marketing department in preparation of marketing materials.

· Contribute to the review of the drawing packages for accuracy, design integrity and code compliance.

· Organize and present new ideas to stakeholders.

· Quantity take offs and estimating as required.

· Performs other related duties as assigned.
