Manager, Sales
The Sales Manager plays a key role in driving sales performance and ensuring a smooth customer experience. They provide leadership, coaching, and support to their team, fostering a high-performing sales environment. By analyzing market trends and performance data, they develop strategies to optimize results and enhance customer satisfaction. Key Job Duties:
Internal Realtor Partner (IRP) Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with IRPs to drive consistent sales and market presence.
- Provide frequent updates on inventory, pricing, and promotions to ensure IRPs have accurate and current information.
- Act as the primary contact for IRPs, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering engagement.
- Provide hands-on coaching and structured development plans to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
- Ensure IRPs have access to marketing materials, sales tools, and training to support their success.
Customer Experience Oversight
- Partner with Marketing and Customer Care to ensure a smooth customer journey from initial inquiry to post-sale support.
- Work closely with Customer Care to address customer concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Provide proactive support for client experience team in answering queries between condition removal and occupancy, reducing uncertainties and enhancing satisfaction.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in the sales process and customer experience. Provide recommended strategies for improvement.
Sales Support & Performance Management
- Train IRPs on product knowledge, competitive differentiators, and effective sales techniques to improve close rates.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement to maximize IRP success.
- Meet IRPs monthly on site to discuss tactical approach and address issues.
- Set clear, measurable sales goals for IRPs and ensure accountability through regular check-ins and coaching.
- Develop and implement targeted performance improvement plans to address challenges and boost overall results.
Collaboration & Industry Awareness
- Work closely with Marketing and Customer Care to align sales strategies with broader company goals and market conditions.
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and educational sessions to stay informed on trends, competitors, and customer expectations.
- Share insights from market research and industry trends with Sales Director to refine strategies and improve competitive positioning.
- Foster a collaborative sales culture by facilitating knowledge-sharing and best practices among IRPs and internal teams.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred in one of the following fields):
- Business
- Marketing
- Preferred: Master’s degree (MBA) with a focus on Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate Development.
Certifications (Optional but Beneficial):
- Real Estate License
- Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)
- National Association of Realtors (NAR)
- Sales or Leadership certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Leadership Professional).
- Any relevant certifications in customer service or project management are beneficial.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
