Multi-Site Manager
OVERVIEW
The Multi-Site Manager will oversee the Edmonton residential rental portfolio, ensuring all properties meet Rohit Standards in leasing, maintenance, and daily operations. This role requires strong leadership skills and a focus on delivering exceptional resident experiences while optimizing operational efficiency
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Oversee day-to-day operations of buildings and ensure they are operating to Rohit Standards.
· Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that tenant inquiries are responded to in a timely manner.
· Ensure standard aspects of the lease agreement are enforced such as rental payments, community rules, insurance submissions, etc.
· Optimize revenue management with expense control to ensure positive NOI.
· Oversee daily maintenance operations and vendor coordination.
· Ensure work orders are scheduled and preventative maintenance schedules are followed.
· Oversee Leasing process to ensure high lease-up and resident retention.
· Supervise team on lease-ups and lease as needed.
· Maintain unit rental listings and identify leasing opportunities to generate traffic.
· Perform market surveys.
· Oversee all aspects of the lease renewal process.
· Contribute to team training, process development and provide solution-oriented feedback to operations managers.
· Schedule, delegate, and perform move-ins and move-out inspections as needed.
· Perform other duties as may be determined by your supervisor from time to time.
· Suggest and implement procedural and administrative processes for rental operations.

· Training support and assistance in training development.
· Support other portfolios as needed.
· Provide backup to on-call schedule as needed.
Talent Management & Development:
· Actively participate in recruitment of new staff.
· Oversees the direction and goals of the department.
· Regularly provide coaching and development feedback to team.
· Conduct team building activities and recognition.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
- Strong knowledge of RTA.
- Knowledge of local economy, housing, and rental market.
- Three (3) years of property management experience.
- Three (3) years of experience with supervising small teams.
- Experience in overcoming objections with customers.
- Experience with contacting clients by email, in person, and phone.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
