Treasury Analyst

The treasury analyst actively supports the group’s treasury operations, including time-sensitive and actionable analysis to support project financings/investments. You will be responsible with creating reports or presentations for stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Supports financial of real properties, both under construction as well as those operating in an asset portfolio:

· Assist in the administration and management of the Company’s credit facilities by modeling any associated assets, costs, and cash inflows.

· Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to produce accurate and detailed project advance (quantity surveyor) reports.

· Supporting year-end and interim audits.

Monitors project and company cash flows:

· Providing insight to the treasury manager on daily cash/banking activities to identify continuous improvements to our processes.

· Supporting in a wide range of Treasury related administrative and operative tasks contributing to smooth daily operations.

Prepares various financial reports:

· Assisting in or leading the creation of large financial models and dashboards.

· Verifying the integrity of data sets from a variety of sources.

· Performs other related duties as assigned.
