Dauk Commons at Stadium Yards Finalist in 2021 CHBA National Awards for Housing Excellence

This afternoon, members of the building industry gathered for a prestigious online event. The Canadian Home Builders’ Association hosted a virtual gala to celebrate the 2021 CHBA National Awards for Housing Excellence, where leading members of the industry competed for the honour of taking home one of many National Awards. The award categories ranged from marketing to new homes and renovations.

Rohit Group of Companies is proud to share that the project Dauk Commons at Stadium Yards was nominated for the Best Mid-To-High Rise Condominium (Planned) in the 2021 National Awards, competing against other well-established builders from around the country.

While Stadium Yards did not take home the final prize, in an organization with over 9,000 members, it is an honour to have been selected as a finalist for the category.

Following the conclusion of the event, Russell Dauk, Vice President, Commercial, was rather proud of the collective accomplishment.

“While being recognized as a finalist for this kind of major award can be humbling, we have a hard time being humble about the project itself as we are so proud of how everything turned out.  Our team put their heart and soul into this mixed-use project, and it shows.
