This weekend, our team gathered for the 2025 BILD Edmonton Metro Awards, a night dedicated to recognizing the industry’s best in sales, marketing, development, and housing. With its lively Kentucky Derby theme, this event was the perfect backdrop for a night that proved just how Bold Goes Further, with Rohit taking home a total of five awards across a diverse set of categories.
The first win of the night was Best Showhome Parade for the Chérot Laned Showhomes where the team’s creativity and attention to detail were on full display where branding, signage, and architectural elements came together to create a standout experience. This St. Albert neighbourhood is the premiere land development for Rohit Communities in this growing city, marking new milestones for the developer.
Rohit’s next award was granted to the Cali Townhome in Ethereal Zen for Best Multi-Family Under $300,000 – a smartly designed townhome with a serene atmosphere designed to create a harmonious environment where natural and organic finishes complement each other.
Beyond design, the strength of our marketing resulted in a trifecta for Best Integrated/Mixed Campaign (Rohit Brand Transformation: How Bold Goes Further), Best Brochure Package (Bold Folder Collection), and Best Website/App (RohitGroup.com). These projects delivered an organizational shift at Rohit, ensuring that everything from our presentation materials to our digital presence truly represents who we are and where we’re headed.
What made the night special wasn’t just the wins—it was the work behind them. Every project was a team effort, driven by bold ideas and a shared drive to create something great. These awards are a reminder of what happens when we push boundaries and build together.
Congratulations to all of the night’s winners!
