Stadium Yards Edmonton
Stadium Yards is a seven-acre mixed-use urban village located next to Commonwealth Stadium in Downtown Edmonton. This infill development will be home to approximately 1500-2000 residents and will feature a commercial main street and beautiful parks. The first phase, now complete, includes two six-story residential buildings and a commercial boutique space with a cafe nestled between them. The site also has additional space for commercial users and offers great scenic views of the River Valley. Built with community, sustainability, and connectivity in mind, Stadium Yards required special considerations in community consultation and stakeholder management. Phase two is currently underway, with phases two and three projected to add approximately 15,000 square feet of commercial space. We’ve used unique solutions to make the most of both residential and commercial areas to enhance this revolutionary mixed-use space.
